Will Reed is a licensed Realtor® and the Executive Vice President of DeVore Capital, where he helps lead DCRE Inc. (DeVore Capital Real Estate), an investor-friendly brokerage serving Jacksonville, Orange Park, Middleburg, and St. Johns County. With extensive experience in both real estate and construction, Will brings a unique perspective to buyers, sellers, and investors—guiding them through each stage of the process with clarity and confidence.

As a veteran, husband, and father, Will understands the importance of building lasting foundations—whether through homeownership, real estate investment, or creating generational wealth. He specializes in helping VA home loan buyers, first-time homeowners, investors, and families navigating new construction opportunities.

Beyond real estate, Will serves as a pastor at The Springs Church, where he leads men’s ministry and recovery discipleship programs. His faith and leadership shape the way he works—with integrity, care, and a passion for helping people reach their goals.

When he’s not working with clients or leading growth initiatives, you’ll find Will spending time with his wife, Melanie, and their children, mentoring entrepreneurs, or serving the Northeast Florida community he calls home.
